YOU CAN EASILY SMILE THAN FROWN

#Why_You_Need_To_Smile😊
The human body houses around 600 muscles, each serving specific functions. Interestingly, it takes more effort for facial muscles to form a frown than a smile.
When you smile, fewer muscles are engaged, making it a seemingly lighter and more natural expression. In contrast, a frown involves more muscle activity, requiring additional effort.
As a matter of fact, when we smile, the brain releases feel-good neurotransmitters like endorphins and serotonin, promoting a positive mood and reducing stress. Smiling also triggers the release of neuropeptides that facilitate communication between neurons, enhancing neural function.
But, In contrast, frowning can activate stress responses, increasing cortisol levels and potentially impacting blood pressure negatively.
So, I can move the motion that states; "It is better to smile, than to frown". That's why you hardly catch me frown anywhere, now you know the reason, can you smile, just keep smiling 😊.
